Late Arrival Policy
Arriving 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time may require your appointment to be rescheduled and will incur a fee of up to 100% of the reserved service price.
Confirmation Policy
We will send appointment reminders via text, email, or phone. To secure your appointment, you must confirm using the link provided in the email or text message. Direct replies to these messages are not received.
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, you must call the salon at (717) 208-7945 at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service price, and any deposit paid will be forfeited. If you need to cancel, please call the salon, even on closed days, and leave a voicemail if we do not answer. This ensures your cancellation is recorded before the 48-hour window and helps avoid the cancellation fee.

No-Show & Same-Day Cancellation Policy
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service price. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the reserved service price. After a no-call/no-show, a deposit will be required for all future appointments.

Courtesy Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies may occur. In these cases, a one-time courtesy waiver may be offered at management’s discretion.
