Future Appointment Guidelines ||

Cancellation Guideline

• ​Arriving 10-15 minutes or later to an appointment may result in having to reschedule.

• Cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved price and forfeiting any deposit. We know sometimes sickness and emergencies take place - a one time warning will be offered.

• No Call/No Show appointments will result in a "No Show" fee equal to 100% of the reserved service price.

Confirmation Policy

• We will contact you to confirm your appointment via our text and email or phone reminders. 

• It is imperative that you confirm your appointment with us via our email, text or phone call reminders in order to secure your upcoming visit. 

• You must confirm scheduled appointments by clicking the link provided via email or text (any direct response will not be received other than by phone call). 

• You must call (717)208-7945 at least 48 hours in advance if any changes need to be made to your scheduled appointment.
